In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our store is perfectly organized and stocked before the doors open. You will work early morning hours, allowing you to enjoy your afternoons free. We provide all necessary training, so no prior experience is required, just a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Restock shelves and merchandise to maintain optimal product levels and visual appeal.
- Organize aisles and ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and inviting.
- Assist customers with finding products and provide exceptional service.
- Operate standard retail equipment, including pallet jacks and scanners.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock is low.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Previous experience in retail or stock is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
