Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock and organize merchandise in all departments
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems
- Maintain strict safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless operations
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
- Process deliveries and manage receiving procedures
- Train new stockers on department protocols
- Report maintenance issues to facility management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year stocking/inventory experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Early morning availability (3:00 AM start)
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
