As a key member of our overnight operations team, you'll ensure shelves are fully stocked, products are correctly priced, and the store is ready for morning customers. We provide all necessary training and offer a supportive team culture that values reliability and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise shipments according to company standards
- Stock shelves, displays, and backroom areas with precision and speed
- Rotate inventory using FIFO methods to ensure freshness
- Execute plan-o-grams to maintain visual merchandising standards
- Operate pallet jacks and cleaning equipment safely
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain store cleanliness
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM shifts (Monday-Saturday)
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
