Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming merchandise deliveries with precision and efficiency
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planogram standards
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and proper inventory management
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments in all storage areas
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and responsibly
- Collaborate with overnight crew to optimize stocking workflows
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Availability to work shifts starting at 4:00 AM (Monday-Sunday)
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and stocking accuracy
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if operating company vehicles)
- Ability to work efficiently in a team setting with minimal supervision
