Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and food items according to standard recipes.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and functioning correctly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and processing transactions efficiently.
- Upsell products and suggest new items to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Restock supplies, including cups, syrups, and pastries, to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of professional barista experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso machines, and milk steaming techniques.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and POS transactions.
