Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality espresso drinks and pastries with precision and speed.Maintain a pristine and welcoming environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions and manage customer accounts.Engage with customers warmly, learning their preferences and building lasting relationships.Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies to ensure seamless daily operations.Collaborate with the barista team to optimize workflow during peak hours.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry.Expertise in espresso machine operation, milk steaming, and latte art techniques.Strong understanding of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts.High school diploma or equivalent required.
