Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks and seasonal specials.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately.
- Engage with customers to recommend products and upsell specials.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and serving areas throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food service industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machines.
