Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, cold brews, and seasonal specials.
- Maintain a pristine and organized work area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and functioning correctly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and up-selling products effectively.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process orders and handle payments.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a high-volume coffee shop or fast-paced hospitality environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso machine mechanics, and milk texturing.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Reliable availability, including weekends and holidays.
