Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care plans across multidisciplinary teams
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient communications
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
- Assist with patient intake and discharge procedures
- Collaborate with insurance providers for billing coordination
- Provide administrative support to medical staff
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years healthcare administration or clinical support experience
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Basic medical terminology knowledge
- Valid CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
