In this role, you will be responsible for architecting our roadmap for the next three years, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Ethical AI. You will not just be managing projects; you will be defining the future of our product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Establish a framework for Ethical AI and responsible data governance to ensure compliance and public trust.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, Product, and Executive leadership to integrate AI into core workflows.
- Identify emerging market trends and disruptive technologies to maintain Apex Horizon's competitive edge.
- Build and mentor a world-class team of AI researchers and ML engineers.
- Present the AI vision to stakeholders and investors to secure buy-in for long-term initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership or executive management role.
- Proven track record of leading successful AI product launches or major digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of the 2026 tech landscape, including LLMs, Computer Vision, and Autonomous Systems.
- Strong background in strategic planning, budget management, and team leadership.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into business value for non-technical audiences.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (Master's or PhD preferred).
