Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI capabilities, identifying emerging trends and defining long-term technical milestones.
- Architecture Leadership: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable AI architectures that support business growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for C-suite executives and investors.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with research teams to evaluate novel models and integrate them into production environments.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI initiatives adhere to strict ethical guidelines and regulatory frameworks.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring senior engineering talent and conducting technical workshops.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior strategic leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and modern deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technology roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to diverse audiences.
