Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with the company's long-term goals and market position.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research and development projects focused on emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, and predictive analytics.
- Team Management: Build, mentor, and retain a world-class team of data scientists, ML engineers, and AI ethicists.
- Product Integration: Collaborate with product teams to integrate advanced AI capabilities into our core products, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for executive stakeholders and investors.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI initiatives adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices.
- Market Analysis: Monitor global trends in AI and emerging tech to identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or management role.
- Education: Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and programming languages (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
