As a key member of our leadership team, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and scalable production environments. You will drive the technical strategy that powers our flagship products, ensuring they are not only powerful but also safe, ethical, and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Lead 2026 Strategic Design: Architect end-to-end machine learning pipelines focusing on scalability, latency, and cost-efficiency for future-proof systems.
- Model Deployment: Oversee the deployment of Generative AI models in production environments using modern MLOps frameworks.
- Roadmap Execution: Define technical roadmaps and architectural standards for the upcoming 2026 product cycles.
- Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and security experts to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, tune, and optimize model inference to ensure top-tier user experiences.
- Compliance & Safety: Implement guardrails and ethical guidelines to ensure AI outputs adhere to industry standards and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Deep Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Rust.
- LLM Mastery: Proven experience in training, fine-tuning, and deploying Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA architectures).
- System Architecture: Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: 7+ years of experience in software engineering or data science, with 3+ years in a senior architectural role.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle complex, undefined problems with creative, scalable technical solutions.
