Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech disruptions and their societal/economic impacts
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Partner with academic institutions for R&D acceleration
- Drive innovation sprints with venture-backed startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products to market
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Experience testifying before technology policy committees
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
