Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurotech, AI ethics) and develop strategic roadmaps for 2026 implementation
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for disruptive technological shifts
- Partner with R&D to translate futuristic concepts into viable product pipelines
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and maintain an external futurist network for intelligence gathering
- Develop innovation frameworks for ethical tech deployment
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with 90%+ accuracy
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI governance
- Exceptional presentation skills for C-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
