- Author strategic whitepapers and thought leadership content on future-facing topics
- Partner with R&D to integrate futurist insights into innovation pipelines
- Advise executive team on long-term strategic decisions and risk mitigation
- Represent Nexus at global futurism conferences and industry symposiums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech trends
- Exceptional scenario-planning and systems-thinking capabilities
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
