- Lead innovation workshops with C-suite executives and external thought leaders
- Produce annual Future State reports with quantifiable impact projections
- Drive R&D investments in emerging technologies with 5-year horizon
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across all business units
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FF) preferred
