Responsibilities
- Develop and implement forward-looking technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 industry disruption forecasts
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurotech, AI governance) and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and biotechnology implementations
- Partner with global policy advisors on technology regulation and sustainability standards
- Present strategic foresight to executive stakeholders and board members
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of human-machine collaboration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futurism or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level transformation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFAP) preferred
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures scenarios
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technology disruption scenarios
- Portfolio published future outlooks or strategic frameworks
