Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting for 2026+ landscape, identifying disruptive innovations across AI, quantum, AR/VR, and biotech sectors
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies into product pipelines and business operations
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position Innovatech against future disruptors
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Build partnerships with research institutions, startups, and thought leaders in emerging tech
- Drive innovation culture through workshops, hackathons, and future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in forecasting emerging technologies and their business applications
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, and spatial computing
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into strategic insights
