Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive technologies (quantum, AGI, bio-interfaces)
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future trends into corporate strategy
- Establish innovation frameworks for emerging tech adoption and risk mitigation
- Represent company at global tech foresight forums and academic symposiums
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-thinking methodologies
- Author quarterly technology impact assessments for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning or technology foresight
- Proven track record predicting tech adoption curves (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional data synthesis and predictive modeling skills
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Prior work with Fortune 500 tech strategy teams
