Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to outline technical milestones, infrastructure upgrades, and innovation initiatives for the upcoming years.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable, resilient systems architecture capable of supporting exponential growth and evolving market demands.
- Emerging Technology Integration: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies such as Quantum Computing, Advanced AI, and Spatial Computing into our product ecosystem.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers, C-suite executives, and engineering teams to translate business goals into actionable technical strategies.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technological risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and security.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, Software Engineering, or Strategic Technology Planning.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technology roadmaps (5+ year horizon).
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and distributed systems.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and pivot strategies based on market analysis.
