Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework using scenario planning and trend analysis

- Establish partnerships with quantum computing labs and neurotech startups
- Author annual 'Future State' reports for board and stakeholder communications
- Design immersive foresight workshops for executive teams and innovation incubators
- Monitor exponential technology developments (synthetic biology, AGI, quantum networks)
- Drive ethical innovation frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year future roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Shell Foresight, TrendMapper)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
