Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic vision roadmap using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging risks and opportunities in AI, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to pioneer next-generation research
- Design and implement innovation frameworks to accelerate prototyping of future-facing solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic trends affecting global business landscapes
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and strategic foresight tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology roadmapping
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategy and transformation
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from futures.io or similar) highly valued
