As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify disruptive opportunities, mitigate future risks, and develop roadmaps that align with our long-term vision. Your insights will directly shape product development, market expansion, and organizational resilience in an era of unprecedented change.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business implications through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for future market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on innovation priorities
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with actionable recommendations
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing into development cycles
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts affecting industry landscapes
- Mentor junior futurists and build a foresight knowledge repository
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Strong data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, or related technical field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS) preferred
- Published thought leadership on future trends (articles, white papers)
