Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, market disruptions, and socio-economic indicators to identify high-impact opportunities through 2026
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating futuristic concepts into actionable prototypes
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure long-term strategic initiatives and innovation ROI
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate breakthrough technologies aligned with 2026 market predictions
- Drive organizational change management initiatives to embed foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused product leadership
- Proven track record developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in scenario planning and trend analysis tools
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders with measurable impact
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFAP, SFI) strongly preferred
