We're seeking a visionary strategist to define and execute our 2026 roadmap, integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable innovation into next-generation solutions. This role demands a blend of technical foresight, business acumen, and cross-functional leadership to position our company at the forefront of industry transformation.
As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to translate futuristic concepts into actionable strategies. You'll pioneer methodologies for long-term trend analysis, ethical tech deployment, and market disruption forecasting while mentoring a team of future-focused analysts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology vision roadmap, aligning with corporate growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for 3-5 year innovation pipelines
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for geopolitical, economic, and technological disruptions
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Mentor a 5-person futurist team in trend analysis and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of implementing technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AGI, biotech, or climate tech
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Strategy, or Futures Studies
