Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical trends, and sociocultural shifts to develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks

- Produce high-impact trend reports and white papers on disruptive innovations affecting industry verticals
- Collaborate with R&D to align technology roadmaps with future market needs and opportunities
- Establish cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future business models and customer experiences

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with experience presenting complex futures to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures strategy or innovation (articles, books, research papers)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis, STEEP framework)
- Track record of successfully implementing future-back strategies in complex organizations
