Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients in tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizations for 2026 market disruptions
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and societal shifts
- Create executive-ready trend reports with actionable recommendations
- Design innovation pipelines for future business models and revenue streams
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing foresight methodologies for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in technology adoption curves and societal impact analysis
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Published research in futures or strategy journals (strongly preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic foresight projects
