Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for market disruption and competitive advantage
- Lead workshops with stakeholders to align on future-state vision and implementation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact research briefs and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies and analytical frameworks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (Master's/PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex futuristic concepts
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational initiatives
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
- Proficiency in analytical tools (Python, Tableau, AI trend platforms)
