- Lead innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Present future-state insights to executive stakeholders and boards
- Establish partnerships with academic and industry futurist networks
- Monitor horizon scanning outputs and validate predictions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning or futurism at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record in forecasting tech/societal disruptions
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong executive presence with board-level presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, WFS)
