Responsibilities
- Map horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive 2026+ industry shifts
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable initiatives
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-ready products and services
- Present trend analysis to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts impacting future tech landscapes
- Author thought leadership on future-proofing organizational resilience
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, metaverse architecture, or climate tech
- MBA or advanced degree in Futurism, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2025+ technology implications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on digital transformation
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFM) preferred
