Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead strategic workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Integrate future-vision insights into product development and corporate strategy
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, climate tech, neurotech)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into successful business initiatives
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
