Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic roadmaps using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis

- Build and maintain an external network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author white papers and keynote presentations on emerging technology impacts
- Quantify future opportunities through predictive modeling and market simulations
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work on AI, biotech, or quantum computing
- Expertise in scenario planning tools and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial strategies
- Experience with C-suite stakeholder management and executive communication
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent professional designation
