Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop quantitative and qualitative future scenarios using AI-driven trend analysis and expert networks
- Design strategic roadmaps for 3-5 year product innovation cycles aligned with emerging market needs
- Present compelling future narratives to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Establish foresight frameworks to de-risk long-term investment decisions
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for anticipated 2026 market conditions
- Author thought leadership pieces positioning InnovateFutures as a future-ready enterprise
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning methodologies and systems thinking
