Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks identifying disruptive technologies and emerging societal trends for 2026
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and bio-innovation into business ecosystems
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with Fortune 500 executives to prepare for 2026 market shifts
- Produce trend reports and predictive models forecasting global economic and cultural transformations
- Partner with R&D teams to commercialize futuristic innovations with 5+ year lead time
- Represent the company at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend forecasting
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term transformation strategies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/CFP preferred)
