Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends to map 2026 innovation landscapes
- Develop cross-functional strategic frameworks integrating AI, quantum computing, and climate resilience
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives and R&D teams
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech disruptions
- Collaborate with product teams to prototype future-forward solutions
- Build and manage a global network of futurist and academic partners
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published research on AI ethics, biotech governance, or climate tech
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis
- Experience leading cross-continental teams in matrix organizations
- Deep understanding of Web3.0, neurotech, and circular economy models
- Proven track record of implementing future-proof business strategies
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Flourish) and scenario software
