Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps for clients across finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, biotech, and climate tech to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to prepare for 2026 market conditions
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and strategic briefs for investment committees
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype solutions addressing 2026 societal challenges
- Represent Horizon at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic consulting, tech innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing technology roadmaps beyond 2025
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ technology impacts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting preferred
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive technology adoption
