Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for 2026+ market conditions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future insights into product roadmaps and business strategy
- Produce executive-level reports on disruptive technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Advose on ethical implications of emerging technologies and responsible innovation practices
- Drive organizational change management initiatives to align teams with future-focused priorities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative foresight tools (Delphi, SWOT, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futures projects with measurable business impact
