Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 'Horizon 2026' trend reports analyzing AI ethics, biotech convergence, and climate-tech disruption
- Design strategic frameworks for clients navigating Web3.0 adoption and metaverse integration
- Lead scenario planning workshops for Fortune 500 executives on post-quantum security and neuro-interfaces
- Build predictive models using machine learning to forecast market behavior in decentralized economies
- Present findings at global innovation summits including CES and Davos Future Forums
- Mentor junior futurists in systems thinking and exponential technology assessment
- Partner with product teams to embed foresight into R&D pipelines for 2026 product launches
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven track record developing long-term strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI development
- Certified in Futures Methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Technique)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex scenarios into executive narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions with 85%+ accuracy
