Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework, including scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, climate tech, and neuro interfaces
- Produce quarterly white papers and executive briefings on emerging technologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford) and innovation labs
- Oversee the Horizon 2026 Innovation Lab, prototyping next-gen solutions
- Mentor a team of futurists and data scientists using advanced modeling tools
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning at tech/consulting firms (Big 4, Google, McKinsey)
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology roadmapping
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic implementation
