Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning models for geopolitical, economic, and technological shifts affecting our industry
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members through data-driven narratives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Author white papers and thought leadership content establishing our authority in future-focused domains
- Oversee implementation of innovation pilots and measure impact on business KPIs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation management, or futurism with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Proven track record of successfully implemented innovation initiatives with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience at global forums (e.g., Davos, CES)
- Strong data analytics capabilities using tools like Tableau, Python, or specialized foresight software
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists) preferred
