Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends to develop 5-year innovation roadmaps
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite stakeholders
- Identify emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with commercial potential
- Design human-centered future-state customer experiences
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions
- Author thought leadership on future-focused business strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused product development
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology assessment
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-winning products
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Experience with AI/ML, blockchain, or biotech commercialization
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
