Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on emerging technology implications
- Produce actionable reports on disruptive forces affecting global markets and industries
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating exponential technologies into core business functions
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational adaptation metrics
- Collaborate with R&D teams to validate foresight hypotheses through rapid prototyping
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurist or strategic journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major strategic transformations influenced by future analysis
