Responsibilities
- Forecast global technological and societal trends through 2026 using advanced analytics
- Develop scenario-planning models for disruptive market shifts
- Lead innovation workshops to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders quarterly
- Partner with R&D to validate future-viable product concepts
- Author whitepapers on emerging paradigms (Web4, quantum computing, etc.)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis tools
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, climate tech, and neurotech
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFMP preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex futures concepts
