Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 foresight framework integrating AI, biotech, and sustainability megatrends
- Produce high-impact strategic briefings for executive stakeholders and board members
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify disruptive threats and market opportunities
- Partner with R&D to prioritize emerging technologies with 18-36 month commercialization horizons
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across product development and market entry
- Present strategic vision at industry conferences and thought leadership forums

Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic consulting, futures research, or corporate innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience with agile strategy implementation in Fortune 500 environments
