Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Produce quarterly 'Future State Briefings' for executive leadership on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 market opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry think tanks
- Build and mentor a team of futurist analysts and innovation specialists
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors with quantified impact projections
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy role
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proven track record of successfully implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech disruption
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in industry journals (e.g., Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP preferred)
