Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for C-level decision-making
- Architect scenario-planning models for exponential technology adoption
- Design human-centered AI governance protocols for 2030 readiness
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational structures
- Produce thought leadership publications on emerging socio-technological paradigms
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-state business models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused research
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of developing organizational foresight capabilities
- Exceptional scenario-planning and systems thinking abilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
