Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, emerging technologies, and socio-economic indicators to forecast industry disruptions
- Develop strategic scenarios and innovation roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-facing priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings
- Partner with R&D to identify disruptive opportunities and validate market readiness
- Establish KPIs to track future-readiness and strategic adaptation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
