As a key member of our Future Intelligence Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives across sectors to identify paradigm shifts, quantify disruption risks, and build adaptive roadmaps. You'll present findings through compelling narratives that bridge complex futures with actionable decisions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast market disruptions through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients in tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into strategic product roadmaps
- Produce annual Future State Reports with predictive analytics and trend impact assessments
- Advolve startup ecosystems to identify disruptive innovations for corporate partnerships
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global forums on future-focused leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi Method)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Published research or speaking engagements on future trends
