Responsibilities

- Lead immersive foresight workshops with C-suite executives to co-create future-ready organizational blueprints
- Author high-impact trend reports and predictive models for board-level decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with 5-year horizon forecasts
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, futurism, or technology innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: AI, Web3, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
